Sushanta Kumar Tarai

Sushanta Kumar Tarai (b.1986) presently serving as Assistant Professor in Economics in KISS (deemed to be University), Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He exemplifies the transformative power of education and intellectual curiosity. His academic journey began with an MBA in Marketing and HR, laying a strong foundation for his scholarly pursuits. He further earned an MA in Economics and an MPhil from Berhampur University, shaping his expertise in economics. Dr. Tarai’s doctoral thesis explored applied econometrics, developmental economics, and macroeconomics with scholarly precision, contributing significant insights to the field. He has actively engaged in impactful research projects and published extensively in esteemed journals and edited volumes. As an Assistant Professor at KISS Deemed to be University, Dr. Tarai passionately mentors students, fostering critical thinking and leadership. Dr. Tarai continues to inspire through his enduring pursuit of truth and intellectual excellence.

Prof. Sudhakar Patra

Prof. Sudhakar Patra (b.1965) is presently serving as RBI Chair Professor, PG Department of Analytical & Applied Economics, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar. He was former Professor & Head, Economics and Dean, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Berhampur University, Odisha. Prof. Patra has 36 years of teaching and research experience, completed 05 research projects and published 23 Books, 109 research papers in Journals & 48 chapters in edited books. Prof. Patra has guided 17 research scholars for Ph.D/D.lit degree and has 13 times academic visit to different foreign countries. He teaches financial Programming, Monetary Management, Econometrics, Mathematical Economics. Apart from many NAAC visits as Peer Team Member, he is an expert in data analysis in SPSS, STATA, E Views.
